I am very pleased to announce that this week’s story is There’s a Crack in Everything by bellemeer!
This is one story I’ve been anxious to rec for a while now. I could gush about it for hours, but I’ll give you the abbreviated version. *giggle*
Jasper Whitlock, movie star, finds himself in Australia for work. He’s coaxed into attending an art exhibition, much to his chagrin. Jasper always finds these events superficial, stuffy and just a means of getting his image out to the public. Jasper hates “celebrity” and all of the phoniness that accompanies it. During the exhibition two things occur that Jasper never expected.
* He's utterly captivated by the art on display.
* His breath is taken away by a beautiful man.
Loving the art isn’t the problem though, being swept away by a mystery man is. Jasper’s never even given a second glance to men before and his body’s uncontrollable reaction takes him by surprise. Needing to speak to this man immediately, Jasper walks over and tries to strike up a friendly conversation, not knowing that the object of his desire is also the artist, Edward Cullen.
Jaded by relationships of the past, Edward completely brushes Jasper off. Edward sees Jasper as the man who is portrayed in the tabloids, red carpet events and Hollywood gossip: a player. Although he’s always viewed himself as straight, Jasper just can’t seem to get Edward out of his mind and is determined to get to know him much better.
What results is a story that will capture your heart. bellemeer warns that it's a slow burn, but believe me, it's DEFINITELY worth the wait! There’s a Crack in Everything (aka TACIE) is one of those stories that I will drop everything for. It will give you the warm fuzzies and bring a smile to your face!

Oh, what a great story this was. And just in case anyone's doesn't know, it's been published! It's now 2 books, "Same Page" and "The Race is On" by Lily Velden. You can get it on Amazon and other places. I loved the fic, and the books are getting great reviews! I'm so happy for her. She's so talented, she deserves all kinds of success!
